TICKETING AND CONCESSION POLICY
General Terms and Conditions • Admission to the Tunnels: Tickets are only valid for the day/time as shown on the e-ticket confirmation or till receipt. Entry will be refused for those who arrive outside of the selected day/time. Refunds are solely at the discretion of Jersey War Tunnels Management. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold on. Only tickets sold by Jersey War Tunnels will be deemed as valid for entry.
Special Events are ticketed separately and no promotional or other discounts (outside of those expressly identified at point of sale) can be used for Special Events.
Jersey War Tunnels reserves the right to refuse admission or to ask the ticket holder to leave the site at any time if their behaviour is causing, or likely to cause, offence to others. Further details on opening times, entry conditions and useful information are available on our website.
Escape Rooms:
Escape Room bookings should be made through the Jersey War Tunnels website or by emailing bookings@jerseywartunnels.com Escape Room bookings do not include entry to the Tunnels Attraction. Escape Room users who wish to visit the Tunnels will need to purchase separate tickets.
Terms and Conditions for use of the Escape Rooms will be sent as part of the confirmation of sale. Failure to adhere to the conditions outlined (including late arrival) will lead to cancellation and rebooking / refund will be at the discretion of the Jersey war Tunnels management.
